JOB PROFILE

• Collect, analyze and document functional and business requirements from customers and share with the technical crew.
• Understanding the business process management, business customer needs and translate them into specific software requirements.
• Act as an interface between technology teams, business units and support teams.
• Communicate effectively with clients to identify needs and evaluate alternative business solutions with project management.
• Analyze customer needs and building workflow capabilities by studying the specifications of the system.
• Possess the ability to work with several projects simultaneously.
• Document IT business requirements and design the structure.
• Searching online to prepare business proposals and analyzing the customer needs.

REQUIREMENTS

• Degree in Computer Science, Business or equivalent related field or experience.
• 4-8 years of Experience as business analyst in the IT field.
• Excellent communication and writing skills are must.
• Must have knowledge to manage large complex projects based on web applications and web services.
